Outlook 2007, 2010, 2013, 2016:

  1. Click on File.
  2. Click on Options.
  3. Click on Add-ins.
  4. Under Manage, click the drop down and choose Disabled Items, click Go.
  5. Highlight the Kerio Outlook Connector and click Enable.
  6. Now, under Manage, click the drop down and choose COM Add-ins.
  7. Find the Kerio Outlook Connector and check the box to enable it.
  8. Click OK.
Outlook 2003
  1. Click on File.
  2. Click on Options.
  3. Click on Add-ins.
  4. Under Manage, click the drop down and choose Disabled Items, click Go.
  5. Highlight the Kerio Outlook Connector and click Enable.
  6. Now, under Manage, click the drop down and choose COM Add-ins.
